Керівники з управління проєктами телевізійної, радійної та цифрової платформ Суспільного Мовлення завершили інтенсивний тренінг з підвищення кваліфікації управління проєктами за стандартами Інституту проєктного менеджменту (PMI) та підготовки до міжнародного сертифікаційного іспиту Project Management Professional (PMP). Курс тривав протягом травня-червня 2023 року.

Навчальний курс проводила Наталя Старинська, тренерка компанії «ІН-СТАР» —  одна з двох компаній в Україні, що має статус АТР (авторизований тренінговий партнер — ред.) від Інституту проєктного менеджменту й отримала право проводити підготовку до сертифікаційного іспиту РМР. 

Під час навчання проджект-менеджери Суспільного освоїли практики для успішного управління проєктами: від формування високоефективної команди, життєвих циклів проєкту та методології запуску до виконання проєкту, управління командою, бізнес-контекстом проєкту, управління ризиками та вигодами тощо.

«Доведено, що проєктний менеджмент є ефективним, сучасним, зручним інструментом. Значна частина з того, що постійно робить велика команда Суспільного, підпадає під визначення проєктної роботи. Відповідно, наша компанія потребує такого інструмента, а головне — потребує вивчення та впровадження практик якісного управління проєктами. Я впевнений, що знання та навички, отримані на цьому навчанні, стануть у пригоді всім учасникам тренінгу та допоможуть в реалізації важливих, цікавих, яскравих проєктів Суспільного вже  найближчим часом», — зазначив Дмитро Козлов, член правління, відповідальний за управління персоналом. 

За підсумками курсу учасники посилили знання та навички з управління проєктами та пройшли підготовку до здобуття сертифіката міжнародного рівня Project Management Professional.    

По завершенні тренінгу проджект-менеджери Суспільного Мовлення поділилися своїми враженнями.

Suspilne Ukraine team underwent training to prepare for the international PMP certification exam

Project management executives of the television, radio, and digital platforms of Suspilne Ukraine have completed an intensive training to improve their project management skills according to the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and prepare for the international certification exam Project Management Professional (PMP). The course lasted from May to June 2023.

The training course was conducted by Natalia Starynska, a trainer at IN-STAR, one of of the only two companies in Ukraine that has the status of ATP (authorised training partner - ed.) from the Project Management Institute and has received the right to conduct training for the PMP certification exam. 

During the training, the project managers of Suspilne Ukraine mastered the practices for successful project management: from building a high-performance team, project life cycles and launch methodology to project implementation, team management, project business context, risk and benefit management, etc.

"It has been proven that project management is an effective, modern, convenient tool. Much of what the large team of  Suspilne Ukraine constantly does falls under the definition of project work. Accordingly, our company needs such a tool, and most importantly, it needs to study and implement high-quality project management practices. I am sure that the knowledge and skills gained during this training will be useful to all participants of the training and will help in the implementation of important, interesting, bright projects of the Suspilne Ukraine in the near future," said Dmytro Kozlov, a Member of the Suspilne Ukraine Managing Board in charge for human resources. 

As a result of the course, the participants strengthened their knowledge and skills in project management and were prepared to obtain an international certificate of Project Management Professional.    

At the end of the training, project managers of Suspilne Ukraine shared their impressions.

The quality of work of the entire team depends on the professional level of each particular manager, and therefore the final result and achievement of the goals. For us, the representatives of Suspilne, the opportunity to obtain the international PMP certification means making a practical contribution to the development of the company and improving the overall result. At the last meeting, the team of "students" and I shared what each of us would take away from the training to the practical field. The list of points was very long, and the discussion about the desire to improve project interaction in the company was fascinating. In my opinion, this is the best recognition of the training and its benefits for employees," Yuliia Dychuk, Head of Children's and Teenage Broadcasting at Suspilne Ukraine digital platforms.

Its logic is simple: it is a "smart bureaucracy", team involvement, healthy communication in the project, transparency and predictability, and also the availability of powers for those who are faced with responsible tasks," says Svitlana Chernetska, organisational support manager at the Ukrainian Radio Directorate.

"The PMP certification exam preparation course for project managers of the organisation was a great opportunity to structure our own experience and update the management approaches we use in our daily work. During these six weeks, my colleagues and I worked hard, gained new knowledge, and discussed many issues of effective interaction. In addition to the obvious benefits, the training also had the unobvious effect of preventing professional burnout. Thanks to the lecturer's emotional and empathetic way of presenting the material, we all finished the course at the emotional level where we want to put the new knowledge into action and apply it right now. Let's start new projects!" - Mariia Zaichenko, Executive Producer of the Regional Broadcasting Directorate at Suspilne Ukraine.
