На запрошення Європейської мовної спілки генпродюсерка цифрових платформ Вікторія Мурована виступила з промовою про роботу Суспільного під час війни на конференції CHANSE (Collaboration of Humanities and Social Sciences in Europe) у Таллінні (Естонія), яка проходила 1 та 2 червня. Захід присвятили новим дослідженням та обміну знаннями у цифровій галузі, також впродовж двох днів учасники конференції мали змогу відвідати нетворкінги, семінари та дискусії.

«Зараз я стою перед вами та розповідаю про роботу Суспільного в той час, як мої колеги інформують світ про те, що відбувається в Києві після жахливого ракетного обстрілу житлового району цієї ночі», — почала свій виступ Вікторія Мурована.

За її словами, війна та найкритичніші обставини виробили у команди Суспільного стійкість в часи абсолютної невизначеності та показали, наскільки важливе існування суспільного мовника  в країні.

«Ми змінилися і стали більш рішучими. Ми побачили значення “польової” журналістики з регіонів, особливо в найкритичніші моменти. Ми отримуємо і дистрибутуємо новини та історії з передової, створюємо освітній та розважальний контент в укриттях, іноді з обмеженим доступом до електрики чи Wi-Fi. Так, здається, що це за межею, але ми живемо в суспільстві, яке щоденно бачить прояви надзвичайної хоробрості простих людей. І ми усі обʼєднані однією метою».

Суспільне працює над створенням безпечного цифрового простору для своїх аудиторій, вільного від дезінформації та маніпуляцій, зазначила Вікторія Мурована: «Як будь-який суспільний мовник ми повинні інформувати, навчати та розважати людей, і робимо це там, де вони є, на платформах, де вони є. Вже більш ніж рік Суспільне є основним інформаційним ресурсом, який висвітлює війну в Україні, і наша аудиторія споживає новини переважно в digital. І, що є надзвичайно важливим для нас, Суспільне має високий рівень довіри, як свідчать останні дослідження» (згідно з даними Gradus Research Company, 2022 — прим. ред.).

За словами генпродюсерки цифрових платформ Суспільного, нині діджитал-команда зосереджена на розробці власних цифрових продуктів зі зручними для споживачів технологічними рішеннями та залученні туди аудиторії. Ще одна ціль — широка контентна пропозиція, що відповідає потребам і очікуванням аудиторій Суспільного на цифрових платформах.

Collaboration of Humanities and Social Sciences in Europe або CHANSE (Співпраця гуманітарних і соціальних наук у Європі) є спільною ініціативою 27 організацій, що фінансують дослідження у сфері цифрових трансформацій, з 24 країн Європи. Головною метою ініціативи CHANSE є запуск транснаціонального конкурсу спільних проєктів, зосереджених на темі «Трансформації: соціальна та культурна динаміка в епоху цифрових технологій». Мета цього конкурсу — допомогти зрозуміти, як цифрові інновації викликають соціальні та культурні зміни. Спільне дослідження поєднує в собі аналітичні й трансформаційні можливості гуманітарних і соціальних наук у розумінні процесів змін і розгляді рішень, коли суспільства стикаються з впровадженням інновацій.

"We have changed and become more decisive," - Viktoriia Murovana, General Producer of Suspilne Ukraine Digital Platforms

At the invitation of the European Broadcasting Union, Viktoriia Murovana, General Producer of digital platforms, delivered a speech about the work of Suspilne Ukraine during the war at the CHANSE (Collaboration of Humanities and Social Sciences in Europe) conference in Tallinn (Estonia) on 1-2 of June. The event was devoted to the new research and knowledge exchange in the digital field, and during the two days, the conference participants had the opportunity to attend networking events, seminars and discussions.

"I am standing in front of you now and telling you about the work of Suspilne Ukraine  while my colleagues are informing the world about what is happening in Kyiv after the terrible missile attack on a residential area last night," Victoriia Murovana started her speech with.

According to her, the war and the most critical circumstances have developed resilience in the team of Suspilne Ukraine  in times of absolute uncertainty and have shown how important the existence of a PSM  in the country is.

"We have changed and become more determined. We have seen the importance of "field" journalism from the regions, especially in the most critical moments. We receive and distribute news and stories from the frontline, create educational and entertainment content in shelters, sometimes with limited access to electricity or Wi-Fi. It may seem like a lot, but we live in a society that sees extraordinary acts of bravery from ordinary people every day. And we are all united by the same goal."

Suspilne Ukraine  is working to create a safe digital space for its audiences, free from disinformation and manipulation, noted Viktoriia Murovana: "Like any public broadcaster, we have to inform, educate and entertain people, and we do it where they are, on the platforms where they are. For more than a year now, Suspilne Ukraine  has been the main information resource covering the war in Ukraine, and our audience consumes news mainly in digital. And, what is extremely important for us, Suspilne Ukraine  has a high level of trust, according to recent studies" (according to Gradus Research Company, 2022 - ed.).

According to the General Producer of Suspilne Ukraine's digital platforms, the digital team is currently focused on developing its own digital products with consumer-friendly technological solutions and attracting an audience. Another goal is to have a broad content offer that meets the needs and expectations of the Suspilne Ukraine audiences on digital platforms.

Background.

The Collaboration of Humanities and Social Sciences in Europe (CHANSE) is a joint initiative of 27 organisations funding research in the field of digital transformation from 24 European countries. The main goal of the CHANSE initiative is to launch a transnational call for collaborative projects focused on the theme "Transformations: Social and Cultural Dynamics in the Digital Age." The aim of the call is to help understand how digital innovations are driving social and cultural change. The joint research combines the analytical and transformative capabilities of the humanities and social sciences in understanding change processes and considering solutions when societies face the introduction of innovations.
