Фільм Суспільного «Буча 22» представили на фестивалі журналістських розслідувань у Литві
Фільм-розслідування Суспільного «Буча 22» представили на першому фестивалі журналістських розслідувань, організованому Департаментом розслідувань литовського суспільного мовника LRT. 19-20 жовтня журналісти-розслідувачі з Європи та світу ділилися досвідом і розповідали про залаштунки останніх резонансних розслідувань, а також торкнулися питань забезпечення їх якості та просування.
«Ми переконані, що наші фільми має бачити іноземна аудиторія. Ми детально аналізуємо воєнні злочини й доводимо причетність до них конкретних підрозділів, командирів і солдатів. Уся наша робота з джерелами, документами, свідченнями, вся робота з пошуку причетних до злочинів не може увійти в готовий продукт, тому для нас важлива можливість поділитися деталями своєї роботи з колегами. Таку можливість ми мали у Вільнюсі. І ми дуже вдячні нашим колегам з LRT за запрошення», — розповіла Інна Білецька, шеф-редакторка редакції розслідувань дирекції новин Суспільного Мовлення.

Керівниця розслідувань литовського суспільного мовника LRT Індре Макарайтете у коментарі пресслужбі Суспільного поділилася враженням від роботи українських колег над фільмом «Буча 22»: «Цього року ми вперше організували фестиваль журналістських розслідувань, щоб познайомити журналістську спільноту та широку громадськість з роботами й методами наших колег із сусідніх країн.
Ми показали нашій аудиторії фільм-розслідування “Буча 22”, який привезли українські гості. З 24 лютого ми всі живемо в жаху і болю від ситуації в Україні, але це все відбувається у вашій рідній країні, з вашим народом. Це неймовірний біль. Цей фільм є прикладом надзвичайної мужності й хоробрості, яка документує все це для справедливості та історії. Саме тому фільм, знятий Інною та редакцією розслідувань Суспільного, має величезне значення. Ми щиро вдячні за можливість його подивитися».
Вона також додала, що журналістські розслідування — це найскладніший, але й найцікавіший жанр у польовій журналістиці, здатний заінтригувати. У Литві нова велика хвиля журналістських розслідувань піднялася з 2015-2016 років, а команда розслідувань литовського суспільного мовника LRT почала свій шлях у цій сфері 2018 року. З того часу вони опублікували чимало розслідувань, останнє з яких стосувалося доньки міністра оборони росії Сєргєя Шойгу, яка виявилася громадянкою Литви.
«Журналістські розслідування дають аудиторії більш широку, перевірену та достовірну інформацію. Журналісти-розслідувачі перевіряють кожен факт, і зазвичай вони знають більше, ніж публікують», — зазначила Індре Макарайтете.
У розслідуванні Суспільного «Буча 22» йдеться про пошук журналістами військових рф, що розстріляли сім’ю в Бучі. Завдяки свідкам журналістам вдалося роздобути докази присутності на місці розстрілу конкретного підрозділу російських військ.
Родина Чікмарьових — два брати із сім’ями та їхні батьки — залишили рідну Донеччину, відмовившись від «руского міра». Вони оселились у Бучі, звідки довелося тікати вдруге. Машину, в якій їхала сім’я молодшого брата Олександра, обстріляли російські військові. Чоловік за кілька хвилин втратив обох синів та дружину. Того ж дня Буча опинилася під повним контролем російських військових. Тіла рідних Олександра пролежали у спаленій машині майже до кінця окупації.

Suspilne film Bucha 22 presented at the festival of journalistic investigations in Lithuania
Suspilne investigative film Bucha 22 was presented at the first festival of investigative journalism organized by the Investigations Department of the Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT. On 19-20 October, investigative journalists from Europe and the world shared their experiences and talked about the behind-the-scenes of the latest high-profile investigations, as well as touched on the issues of ensuring their quality and promotion.
“We are convinced that our films should be seen by a foreign audience. We analyze war crimes in detail and prove the involvement of specific units, commanders and soldiers in them. All our work with sources, documents, testimonies, all the work of finding those involved in crimes cannot be included in the finished product, so it is important for us to be able to share the details of our work with colleagues. We had such an opportunity in Vilnius. And we are very grateful to our colleagues from LRT for the invitation,” Inna Biletska, Editor-in-Chief of the Investigations CU of the News Directorate of Suspilne Ukraine, said.
Indrė Makaraitytė, the Head of the Investigations Department of the Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT, in a comment to the press service of Suspilne, shared her impression of the work of Ukrainian colleagues on the film Bucha 22: “This year, for the first time, we organized a festival of journalistic investigations to introduce the journalistic community and the general public to the work and methods of our colleagues from neighboring countries.
We showed our audience the investigative film Bucha 22, which was brought by Ukrainian guests. Since 24 February, we have all been living in horror and pain from the situation in Ukraine, but all this is happening in your native country, with your people. It is an indescribable pain. This film is an example of extraordinary courage and bravery to document it all for justice and history. That is why the film shot by Inna and Suspilne Investigative Editorial Office is of great importance. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to watch it.”
She also added that investigative journalism is the most difficult, but also the most interesting genre in field journalism, capable of intriguing. In Lithuania, a new big wave of investigative journalism has risen since 2015-2016, and the investigative team of the Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT began its journey in this field in 2018. Since then, they have published many investigations, the latest of which involved the daughter of Sergei Shoigu, Russian Defense Minister, who turned out to be a Lithuanian citizen.
“Journalistic investigations provide the audience with broader, verified and reliable information. Investigative journalists check every fact, and they usually know more than they publish,” Indrė Makaraitytė said.
The investigation of Suspilne Bucha 22 refers to the search by journalists of the russian military who shot a family in Bucha. Thanks to witnesses, journalists managed to obtain evidence of the presence of a specific unit of Russian troops at the scene of the shooting.
The Chikmariov family, two brothers with their families and their parents, left their native Donetsk region, rejecting the “russian world”. They settled in Bucha, from where they had to flee for the second time. The car, in which the family of Oleksandr's younger brother was traveling, was shelled by the russian military. The man lost both sons and his wife in a few minutes. On the same day Bucha was under the full control of the russian military. The bodies of Oleksandr's relatives remained in the burnt car almost until the end of the occupation.
