He has extensive experience in developing structures and organisations.

In 2019, he joined the commission on senior civil service issues of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service.

Since 2013, he has been the executive director of the public organisation “Association of Human Resources Management Professionals HRForum”.

In July 2021, he joined the board of Suspilne Ukraine. The main task of Dmytro Kozlov, who is responsible for human resources management, is to implement an HR strategy that is consistent with the strategy of the Suspilne Ukraine.

The development of corporate culture, which Dmytro Kozlov will be working on in the coming years, includes: strengthening the interaction between Suspilne employees and the employer, automating auxiliary talent management processes, and supporting the training and professional development of the entire Suspilne team.

In 2022, the Suspilne Ukraine launched a social programme offering long-term trips to France for the children of its employees to ensure they have a peaceful environment during the hostilities in Ukraine and can continue their education at school. The project is coordinated by Dmytro Kozlov, a member of the Suspilne Ukraine’s board.

On August 6, 2025, Dmytro Kozlov was re-elected as a member of the Managing Board of Suspilne Ukraine for the next four years.
