Vadym Miskyi – Member of the Supervisory Board of Suspilne Ukraine, elected from public associations and organisations (in the field of protecting the interests of children and young people), Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Suspilne Ukraine, Chair of the Supervisory Board Committee of JSC “NSTU” on Audit.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Suspilne Ukraine from 19 January 2017 to 12 January 2021 and again from 12 February 2021. New term — from 13 February 2026.

He holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics (2011) and public administration (2013) from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, as well as an MBA (2024) from the Kyiv School of Economics. He is a graduate of the Internationale Akademie für Führungskräfte (Gummersbach, Germany) in Strategic Planning, the International Summer School of Media Law, and the Corporate Director specialised programme from the Professional Association of Corporate Governance and the International Finance Corporation. He completed a training programme to improve his financial literacy on 28–29 August at the KSE Graduate Business School.

Since 2018, he has been working with the non-governmental organisation “Detector Media”, a Ukrainian think tank specialising in media issues, information policy, media literacy and countering disinformation.

In 2019–2021, he served as secretary of the Council on Freedom of Speech and Protection of Journalists under the President of Ukraine.

From 2014 to 2018, he collaborated with the Reanimation Package of Reforms Coalition, a Ukrainian coalition of civil society organisations and think tanks that joined forces to promote and monitor the implementation of reforms, where he was responsible for advocacy issues and the coalition’s relations with the Ukrainian parliament and government.

Since 2013, he has been the director of the NGO “Laboratory of Democratic Transformations”.

Research interests include development strategies, financial models, and adaptation to modern digital challenges of Suspilne Ukraine. He has a particular focus on researching the history of Ukrainske Radio, its influence on culture, and its role in shaping democratic processes. Vadym Miskyi researches the impact of disinformation during the Russian-Ukrainian war. He is the author of articles and books on these topics.

Awards: Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Award for Outstanding Achievements by Young People in the Development of Ukraine (2018), Ivan Franko Award in the Field of Information Activities (2021), Ukrainian Professional Audio Award “Slushno” (2022), Letter of Thanks from the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2024).
