Ukrainian radio journalist and media manager.

He began hosting programmes on Ukrainske Radio in 2004, rising from programme editor to head of the Radio Stations Group of Suspilne Ukraine.

In 2017, Dmytro Khorkin became the general producer of Ukrainske Radio as part of Suspilne Ukraine, completely revamping Ukrainske Radio, Radio Kultura and Radio Promin, and making the transition from state radio to public radio.

In 2019, he was elected to the board of Suspilne Ukraine, responsible for the radio platform. On August 9, 2023, Dmytro Khorkin was re-elected as a member of the Managing Board for the next four years.

He is a member of the Commission on Journalistic Ethics.

Outside of his work at Suspilne Ukraine, he is the chief announcer for state protocol events and narrates films and audiobooks.

He is an Honoured Artist of Ukraine.

Since 2019, he has been an associate professor at the Institute of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and since 2021, he has been the chair of the State Examination Commission.
