Representative of the public in the field of protecting the rights of national minorities. Member of the Supervisory Board of Suspilne Ukraine since 13 February 2026.

He has worked in the field of local self-government in Donetsk region, particularly in Mariupol, as well as in local government bodies in Zaporizhzhia.

He began his professional career in 2005 as a section manager at the municipal enterprise “Komunalnyk” in Mariupol. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Head of the Sartana Settlement Council in Donetsk region. Later, he worked as Secretary of the Mariupol City Council of the VII convocation (2015–2020). From 2020 to 2022, he was Head of the Mariupol District Council of Donetsk region of the VIII convocation.

After the start of the full-scale war, he worked in Zaporizhzhia: in 2022 he served as an adviser to the mayor, and from December 2022 to April 2024 as Deputy Mayor of Zaporizhzhia. Since November 2023, he has been the Head of the Federation of Greek Societies of Ukraine.

He holds a PhD. In 2023, he defended his dissertation titled “Local Political Identities as a Resource for the Development of Territorial Communities.” He is also the author of academic and public presentations and publications focused on local politics, community development, and preserving the identity of national communities in Ukraine.
