- Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, major in Journalism (2001).
- Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2017–2020), Public Administration and Management — Master’s degree.
- PhD candidate at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Dissertation topic: “Theoretical Foundations of the System for Ensuring the Information and Psychological Component of Ukraine’s National Security.”
Professional Experience
Began his career in journalism in 1995, working as a correspondent, editor, and media project manager.
2010–2014 — Member of the Luhansk Regional Council (6th convocation) from the political party Strong Ukraine. Worked in профиль committees and participated in the implementation of regional programs.
2015–2021 — Head of the State Organization “Luhansk Regional State Television and Radio Company,” later reorganized into the UA:Donbas branch of the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (NSTU). Oversaw broadcasting operations, development of editorial policy, and the introduction of new working formats during the hybrid war.
Since 2017 — Head of the Luhansk Regional Organization of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
August 2021 – January 2024 — Acting Head of the Centre for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine. Coordinated interagency cooperation on countering information threats and collaboration with state institutions, international partners, and media organizations.
