Suspilne Ukraine is building an open database of women experts from a wide range of fields — a resource that Suspilne Ukraine’s editorial teams will use when preparing broadcasts, interviews, programmes, and discussions. In the future, the database will also be available to other media outlets looking for women expert voices.
This initiative aims to increase the presence of women experts in media and make their expertise more visible.
Across Ukraine, there are thousands of highly skilled professionals working in science, economics, technology, medicine, urban development, environmental studies, culture, education, law, security, social policy, and many other fields. Their knowledge and experience are essential to public conversations.
This database is designed for them — for women who work every day in their fields: making decisions, conducting research, teaching, analysing, treating, managing, creating. This work is expertise.

The first stage of applications opens on March 23. The Suspilne Ukraine team will review submissions, verify profiles, and follow up if additional information is needed. The database will remain open and continuously updated, so applications can be submitted at any time.
As part of the initiative, Suspilne Ukraine will also host media workshops for experts — helping make interaction with media clearer, more comfortable, and professionally confident.

The information you provide in this form is used solely for creating and maintaining the Suspilne Ukraine expert database. The data will not be shared with third parties and will not be used for commercial purposes.
