15 квітня Наглядова рада обрала Миколу Чернотицького головою правління Суспільного Мовлення. «За» проголосували 10 членів Наглядової ради з 16, які взяли участь у засіданні.
«Це вже третій конкурс на посаду голови правління АТ “НСТУ” з моменту створення компанії. Конкурс відбувається максимально відкрито, наскільки нам дозволяють нинішні умови воєнного стану. Вітаю Миколу Чернотицького з обранням. Вірю, що реформа триватиме», — прокоментувала Світлана Остапа, голова Наглядової ради Суспільного Мовлення.
Під час другого етапу конкурсу члени Наглядової ради заслухали програми розвитку чотирьох претендентів.

- Фаєнгольд Микола Аркадійович — 0 голосів.

Голова правління Суспільного Мовлення обирається на конкурсних засадах у порядку, визначеному Положенням про конкурс з обрання голови та членів правління, строком на 4 роки. Конкурс на посаду голови правління Суспільного оголошено 26 лютого.

Микола Чернотицький — український медіаменеджер та медіаексперт. Обіймав посаду генерального директора Сумської ОДТРК, яка після трансформації стала філією UA: СУМИ, згодом — Суспільне Суми (2014–2016 рр.). Як член правління Суспільного відповідав за оптимізацію центральної та регіональної структур Суспільного, а згодом за адміністративно-господарський напрям і регіональний розвиток компанії (2017–2021 років).
27 квітня 2021 року Миколу Чернотицького обрано головою правління Суспільного Мовлення. Він розпочав розбудову гіперлокальної мережі журналістів у громадах, впровадив стратегію digital first, копродукцію, посилив спортивний, дитячий напрями, виробництво документальних проєктів. Забезпечив роботу і розвиток компанії за умов повномасштабного вторгнення.
1 липня 2022 року Миколу Чернотицького обрали членом Виконавчої ради Європейської мовної спілки — ЄМС (5 грудня 2024 року переобрано на посаді).
Mykola Chernotytskyi Re-Elected as Head of the Managing Board of Suspilne Ukraine
On April 15, the Supervisory Board of Suspilne Ukraine re-elected Mykola Chernotytskyi as Head of the Managing Board. Out of 16 members who took part in the meeting, 10 voted in favor of his candidacy.
“This is already the third open competition for the Head of the Managing Board of Suspilne Ukraine since the company’s creation. Despite the conditions of martial law, the process remains as transparent as possible. I congratulate Mykola Chernotytskyi on his re-election and believe the reform process will continue,” said Svitlana Ostapa, Head of the Supervisory Board.
During the second stage of the competition, the Supervisory Board reviewed development programs presented by four candidates.
The voting results for other candidates were as follows:
- Volodymyr Valentynovych Horkovenko — 0 votes;
- Oleksandr Vladyslavovych Tkachenko — 6 votes;
- Mykola Arkadiovych Feingold — 0 votes.
The position of Head of the Managing Board is filled through an open competitive process in accordance with the Regulations on the Competition for the Election of the Head and Members of the Managing Board, for a term of four years. The current competition was announced on February 26.
Mykola Chernotytskyi is a Ukrainian media manager and media expert. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Director General of Sumy Regional State Television and Radio Company, which was later integrated into the national broadcaster as UA:SUMY (now Suspilne Sumy). Between 2017 and 2021, as a member of the Managing Board, he was responsible for optimizing central and regional structures, as well as for overseeing administrative, economic, and regional development efforts.
On April 27, 2021, he was first elected Head of the Managing Board of Suspilne Ukraine. Under his leadership, the company launched a hyper-local network of community-based journalists, introduced a digital-first strategy, developed co-productions, and strengthened both sports and children’s programming. He also played a key role in ensuring the company’s resilience and continuity during the full-scale Russian invasion.
On July 1, 2022, Chernotytskyi was elected to the Executive Board of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), and was re-elected on December 5, 2024.
