Важливо, щоб європейські мовники продовжили ретрансляцію контенту Першого каналу та Українського Радіо, а новини про Україну залишалися в топі світових медіа. На цьому наголосила Тетяна Сірук, заступниця директора департаменту закордонного співробітництва Суспільного Мовлення, під час пленарного засідання Групи міжнародних відносин з питань радіо 24-25 жовтня у Женеві.
«Мовники європейських країн, Європейська мовна спілка з початком повномасштабного вторгнення суттєво підтримують Україну та Суспільне. Ми цінуємо цю підтримку та вдячні за неї. Маємо бути сильними, щоб боротися за демократію в Європі», — зазначила Тетяна Сірук під час блоку «Україна в Фокусі».
Вона розповіла, що і в умовах війни пріоритетами в роботі Суспільного залишається дотримання журналістських стандартів та довіра аудиторії: «Зараз акцент на інформації, що рятує життя. Топові медіакомпанії об’єднали зусилля, щоб цілодобово повідомляти людей про те, що відбувається, в межах єдиного телемарафону. Від Суспільного виробництво і трансляцію марафону робить Перший телеканал. Українське Радіо має можливість надавати слухачам розширену версію мовлення: трансляція марафону, випуск власних нових, гостьові студії та включення з регіонів. Також власні програми та марафон “Суспільне. Спротив” виходять на регіональних телерадіокомпаніях мовника».
Водночас, на думку Тетяни Сірук, важливо виробляти контент, який допоможе людям перезавантажитися: «Зокрема, Суспільне приділяє увагу дитячому контенту, який пояснює дітям те, що відбувається, зрозумілою для них мовою. Наприклад, зараз ми працюємо над другим сезоном анімаційного серіалу “Тото” — про пригоди песика, який пізнає світ із друзями».
Тетяна Сірук наголосила, що важливо на наступний рік сформувати бібліотеку контенту: «Ми сподіваємось на тісну співпрацю з європейськими мовниками як в копродакшені, так і в додатковому готовому контенті, навіть на короткий термін дії прав».
У межах пленарного засідання відбулися зустрічі з представниками Європейської мовної спілки; представлені останні дослідження медіааналітики, нова програма тренінгів від Академії ЄМС. Пройшли панельні дискусії, серед яких: «DTI (Ініціатива цифрової трансформації): Як ми трансформуємося», «Як радіо та аудіо впроваджують інновації», «Міжнародні відносини як міст: допомога один одному» та інші.
«Під час сесій ми рефлексували про майбутнє радіо, адже аудіоконтент залишатиметься важливим у житті людей в ситуаціях мультизадачності. З одного боку, радіо є і буде “супутником” людини в автомобілі. З іншого, ми бачимо, що зростає попит на подкасти», — ділиться враженнями представниця Суспільного.
Наприкінці відбулися вибори Робочої групи міжнародних відносин, до складу якої від Суспільного увійшла Тетяна Сірук.

Tetiana Siruk “News about Ukraine should remain at the top of world media”
It is important that European broadcasters continue rebroadcasting the content of Pershyi TV channel and Ukrainian Radio, and news about Ukraine should remain at the top of the world media. This was emphasized by Tetiana Siruk, Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department of Suspilne Ukraine, during the plenary meeting of the Group of International Relations on Radio Issues on 24-25 October in Geneva.
“Broadcasters of European countries, the European Broadcasting Union, with the beginning of a full-scale invasion, significantly support Ukraine and Suspilne. We appreciate this support and are grateful for it. We have to be strong in order to fight for democracy in Europe,” Tetiana Siruk said during the “Ukraine in Focus” block.
She said that the observance of journalistic standards and the trust of the audience remain the priorities in the work of Suspilne even in wartime: “Now we emphasize the information that saves lives. Top media companies have joined forces to keep people informed 24/7 in a single telethon. On behalf of Suspilne, Pershyi TV channel produces and broadcasts the telethon. Ukrainian Radio has the opportunity to provide listeners with an expanded version of the broadcast, namely broadcast of the telethon, release of its own newscasts, guest studios and inclusion from the regions. Also, own programmes and telethon Suspilne. Sprotyv (Suspilne. Resistance) are broadcast on the regional television and radio stations of Suspilne.
At the same time, according to Tetiana Siruk, it is important to produce content that will help people reset: “In particular, Suspilne pays attention to children's content that explains what is happening in a language they understand. For example, we are currently working on the second season of the animated series Toto about the adventures of a dog who gets to know the world with his friends.”
Tetiana Siruk emphasized that it is important to form a content library next year: “We hope for close cooperation with European broadcasters both in co-production and in additional ready-made content, even for a short period of rights validity.”
During the plenary session, meetings were held with representatives of the European Broadcasting Union; the latest media analytics research, a new training programme from the EBU Academy were presented. Panel discussions were held, including “DTI (Digital Transformation Initiative): How We Transform”, “How Radio and Audio Innovate”, “International Relations as a Bridge: Helping Each Other” and others.
“During the sessions, we reflected on the future of radio, because audio content will remain important in people's lives in multitasking situations. On the one hand, the radio is and will be a “companion” of a person in a car. On the other hand, we see that the demand for podcasts is growing,” the representative of Suspilne shares her impressions.
At the end, elections were held for the International Relations Working Group, which included Tetiana Siruk from Suspilne.
